Introduction<\/h2><p data-start=\"482\" data-end=\"850\">The Mon\u00e9 Foundation (hereinafter, \u201cthe Foundation\u201d) recognizes the importance of protecting Personal Data and the constitutional right to privacy (Art. 15 of the Constitution) and is committed to ensuring the proper, secure, and transparent handling of the information it collects from its donors, beneficiaries, suppliers, volunteers, and users of its digital platforms.<\/p><h2 data-start=\"852\" data-end=\"867\">2. Scope<\/h2><p data-start=\"868\" data-end=\"1145\">This policy applies to all Personal Data collected, stored, used, shared, and deleted\u2014whether in physical or electronic form\u2014in connection with the activities carried out by the Foundation through <a class=\"\" href=\"http:\/\/www.fundacionmone.org\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"1095\" data-end=\"1116\">www.fundacionmone.org<\/a> and other customer service channels.<\/p><h2 data-start=\"1147\" data-end=\"1167\">3. Definitions<\/h2><ul data-start=\"1168\" data-end=\"1756\"><li data-start=\"1168\" data-end=\"1322\"><p data-start=\"1170\" data-end=\"1322\"><strong data-start=\"1170\" data-end=\"1187\">Personal Information<\/strong>: Any information linked or linkable to one or more specific or identifiable individuals (Art. 3 of Law 1581\/2012).<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1323\" data-end=\"1408\"><p data-start=\"1325\" data-end=\"1408\"><strong data-start=\"1325\" data-end=\"1356\">Data Controller<\/strong>: Mon\u00e9 Foundation, registered under Tax ID No. XXXXXXXX-X.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1409\" data-end=\"1530\"><p data-start=\"1411\" data-end=\"1530\"><strong data-start=\"1411\" data-end=\"1440\">Data Controller<\/strong>: Individuals or legal entities that process personal data on behalf of the Foundation.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1531\" data-end=\"1603\"><p data-start=\"1533\" data-end=\"1603\"><strong data-start=\"1533\" data-end=\"1544\">Headline<\/strong>: A natural person whose personal data is being processed.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1604\" data-end=\"1756\"><p data-start=\"1606\" data-end=\"1756\"><strong data-start=\"1606\" data-end=\"1621\">Habeas Data<\/strong>: The right of individuals to access, update, and correct information collected about them in databases.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h2 data-start=\"1758\" data-end=\"1787\">4.
